3 questionsWhere is my key? I just paid.
Your key is delivered by email the moment payment clears. In normal conditions that takes under five minutes. On launch days, when traffic spikes, it can take up to thirty minutes to reach you.
If it hasn’t arrived yet, check your spam or promotions folder — delivery emails from [email protected] sometimes land there. You can also sign in at My account → Orders and open the order: the key panel is revealed there too.
Still nothing after thirty minutes? Write to [email protected] with your order number and we’ll resend within the working day.
Can I gift a key to a friend?
Yes. Once you have the key you can send it however you like. Tell the recipient to read the activation instructions on the product page first — some keys go through a publisher launcher rather than Steam.
The region restriction on the product page applies to whoever activates the key. If they’re in a different country, double-check it’s a supported region before they redeem.
Can I change my order after I've placed it?
Once the key is revealed or redeemed, the order is considered consumed and we can’t change it.
If the key is still unrevealed and it’s within 14 days of purchase, email [email protected] with your order number and ask us to cancel. We’ll void the key and refund to your original payment method.
Bought the wrong region or edition? Same path — email us, don’t reveal the key.

Email [email protected] with your order number and a screenshot of the platform’s error message. From there we either replace the key within a working day or refund in full per our refund policy.
How do I activate a Steam key?
Open the Steam desktop client, choose Games → Activate a Product on Steam…, and paste your key when prompted. Steam will tell you immediately whether the key is valid.
Include the dashes when you paste. If Steam says the key has already been redeemed, stop and contact support — don’t try a second account. Make sure your Steam account country matches the region on the product page.
What if my key won't activate because of region?
Region info is shown on every product page and again at checkout. If you hit a region block and haven’t revealed the key yet, email [email protected] within 14 days for a refund.
If you’ve already revealed the key, EU consumer law treats it as consumed digital content and change-of-mind refunds no longer apply — you may gift the key to someone in the supported region.
Steam Guard or 2FA is blocking my redeem — help.
Steam Guard during activation is normal — open the Steam mobile app, copy the rolling code, and paste it into the prompt.
If you’ve lost access to the authenticator, Steam must reset it on their side at help.steampowered.com. Your purchase from Keybino is unaffected — the key sits on your order page until you’re ready.

3 questionsCan I get a refund on an unused key?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase, provided you haven’t revealed or redeemed the key. Email [email protected] with your order number.
Once the key has been revealed, the right of withdrawal no longer applies to change-of-mind requests. A revealed key that doesn’t work is handled separately — see below.
My key didn't work — can I get a refund?
Yes. A key that fails to activate through no fault of yours is a defective product. Send your order number, a screenshot of the platform error, and a short description to [email protected]. We aim to respond within one working day.
How fast do refunds clear?
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Most banks show the credit in 3–7 business days. We’ll email you a confirmation with the reference number the moment the refund leaves our side.

3 questionsI forgot my password — how do I reset it?
Go to /my-account/lost-password/, enter the email you registered with, and submit. You’ll get a reset email from [email protected] with a one-time link valid for 24 hours.
If the email doesn’t arrive, check spam, then contact [email protected] from the address on your order receipts.
Can I change my email address?
Sign in, go to /my-account/edit-account/, update the email field and save. We send a confirmation link to the new address before switching — past invoices stay in your order history.
How do I delete my account or my data? (GDPR)
Email [email protected] from the address on the account. We process erasure requests within 30 days. Invoice and order data must be kept for seven years under Estonian tax law, pseudonymised where possible.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA, iDEAL, Bancontact, Skrill, and Paysafecard where available. Card details are entered on our PCI-compliant gateway — Keybino never stores full card numbers.
All charges are in EUR and VAT-inclusive unless stated otherwise on the product page.
What does the charge on my bank statement look like?
Charges appear as KEYBINO / keybino.com — billed by Quantara Solutions Ltd, trading as Keybino.
If you don’t recognise a charge, email [email protected] before raising a chargeback — we can usually match it to an order in minutes.
My card was declined — what next?
Common causes: the 3-D Secure challenge timed out, billing address mismatch, or your bank flagged a digital-goods purchase. Call your issuer to authorise a charge from Keybino and try again.
If a second card also fails, email [email protected] with the approximate time you tried.

3 questionsWhat does "region-locked" mean?
Each key activates only on platform accounts registered in supported countries. Steam checks your account country against the key’s region code.
We show the supported region on every product page and warn you at checkout if our geo check suggests the key won’t work in your country.
My country isn't shown as available — can I still buy?
We block add-to-cart when we know the buyer is outside supported countries — it prevents paying for a key the publisher will refuse.
Search for another listing of the same game — many titles have a worldwide SKU. If you live in a supported country but our IP check was wrong (VPN, travelling), email [email protected] with proof of residence.
Why is the EU key cheaper than the US key for the same game?
Publishers set wholesale prices region by region. The cheapest variant is almost never the one that activates everywhere — read the region panel before you buy.
