Acceptable Use Policy
Governing Permitted and Prohibited Use of keybino.com

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of https://keybino.com and all associated Services provided by Quantara Solutions Ltd, trading as Keybino (“Company”). This AUP forms part of the Terms and Conditions. By accessing or using the Website, the User agrees to comply with this AUP.
1. Permitted Use
The Website may be used only for the following lawful purposes:
- browsing product listings and publicly available information;
- creating and managing a User Account for the purpose of purchasing Digital Products;
- purchasing Digital Products for personal, non-commercial use, or where separately agreed in writing with the Company, for authorised business purposes;
- contacting customer support with genuine enquiries;
- sharing Website links for non-commercial, accurately attributed purposes.
2. Prohibited Conduct
2.1. Fraud and Financial Crime
- Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments to make purchases;
- Abusing the chargeback or payment dispute process in respect of validly delivered Digital Products;
- Submitting false, fabricated, or misleading information in connection with a purchase, refund, or identity verification;
- Impersonating any person or entity or falsely representing an affiliation;
- Engaging in, or facilitating, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime in connection with the Website;
- Acquiring Digital Products on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any sanctioned individual, entity, or for use in a sanctioned jurisdiction.
2.2. Unauthorised Commercial Activity
- Purchasing Digital Products for unauthorised commercial resale, brokerage, or distribution without the Company’s prior written consent;
- Operating an unauthorised commercial supply service using the Website as a sourcing channel;
- Using automated purchasing tools, bots, or scripts to acquire Digital Products at scale without authorisation.
2.3. Technical Interference and Security Abuse
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its systems, databases, or servers;
- Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with security, authentication, or access controls;
- Introducing viruses, malware, ransomware, spyware, or other harmful or disruptive code;
- Conducting denial-of-service, brute-force, port-scanning, or similar attacks;
- Exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended system behaviours;
- Using automated scraping or data-extraction tools without prior written authorisation.
2.4. Harmful and Abusive Conduct
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing Company staff, contractors, or other users;
- Transmitting unsolicited bulk communications or spam via any Website channel;
- Posting or distributing content that is defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful;
- Interfering with or disrupting the experience of other users.
2.5. Intellectual Property Violations
- Reproducing, modifying, or creating derivative works of Website content without prior written consent;
- Removing or obscuring any copyright, trade mark, or proprietary notice;
- Framing or mirroring any part of the Website without authorisation.
2.6. Regulatory Non-Compliance
- Using the Website from or in connection with a jurisdiction where access or purchase is prohibited by applicable law or sanctions;
- Breaching applicable export controls, licensing restrictions, or regional eligibility requirements.
3. Monitoring and Enforcement
3.1. Right to Monitor
The Company monitors Website activity to the extent permitted by applicable law, for the purposes of security, compliance, and fraud prevention.
3.2. Enforcement Measures
Upon identifying an actual or suspected AUP breach, the Company may, at its discretion and without prior notice:
- suspend or permanently terminate the User’s Account;
- cancel any pending Orders and retain evidence relevant to any investigation;
- withhold funds where abuse is substantiated, pursuant to the Company’s contractual right of set-off and where legally permissible;
- report the matter to law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or upstream Suppliers;
- pursue civil remedies, including claims for damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of costs.
3.3. Proportionality
Enforcement measures will be proportionate to the nature and severity of the breach. Minor or first-time breaches may result in a warning rather than immediate termination, at the Company’s discretion.
4. Reporting Violations
Users who become aware of suspected AUP violations by others are encouraged to report them to [email protected]. Reports will be treated with confidentiality to the extent permitted by law.
5. Governing Law
This AUP is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising from it are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
